About the presenters:

Tim Adkins

Product Marketing Manager, ReCollect

Tim Adkins has spent 15 years in the waste and recycling industry and is driven by a passion for the natural environment, preferring to spend time in the great outdoors where possible. He spent about seven years in the social enterprise and not-for-profit space before joining ReCollect in 2014.

Tia McKillop

Product Manager, ReCollect

Tia McKillop is a product manager at ReCollect with a degree in environmental science, a diploma in tech, and a background in software. New to the waste industry as of 2019, Tia is very passionate about the great outdoors, avidly hiking, camping, and going for walks with her partner and her dog. In her down time, Tia enjoys reading and knitting.

Jed Dawson

Director Product, Routeware

Jed is a waste and recycling industry expert with over 15 years of experience with a wide portfolio of roles under his belt. He leads the Routeware Global product team and has been a key contributor to the success of CORE creating the eMobile, WebCore, and WasteMate products.

Clay George

Product Manager, Routeware

Clay George is the Director of Product - Fleet and has over 10 years of experience providing products and solutions to the waste industry. He helps to define and coordinate product strategies and roadmap for our Fleet Management products. Clay holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and is currently pursuing an MBA. He has 11 years of service with the U.S. Army and Oregon National Guard and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and woodworking.
